Shipping

Each piece takes time — the good kind.

Orders ship from Madrid or Mexico, depending on where the work lives.

Please allow 4–5 weeks from purchase for your piece to begin its journey.

Once it’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We ship worldwide — art knows no borders.

Free shipping worldwide, but please note import taxes, customs duties, and shipping insurance are at the buyer’s expense.

Returns

Due to the limited and personal nature of each artwork, all sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Thank you for understanding the value of one-of-a-kind things.

If you change your mind after the order has already shipped, we might still be able to help — but please note that additional charges (like shipping or handling fees) may apply. So if you’re having second thoughts, reach out quickly.

Privacy

We collect the essentials: your name, contact info, shipping/billing address, and payment details.

Just what’s needed to complete your order and occasionally (when it’s actually worth it) send you exciting news or updates.

Your information is processed securely through Shopify — you can read their full privacy policy here.

We’ll never sell your info. Promise.

Your Rights (Especially if You're in Europe)

If you're based in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

You can also request details about how it's used or ask us to stop processing it altogether.

To do any of that, just email us at durst.lab@gmail.com — we’ll sort it out, no drama.

Please note: your info may be transferred outside the EU (like to Canada or the U.S.) to help process and fulfill your order.

Changes

Things change (like laws, platforms, or our own setup).

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect that.

We’ll always aim to keep things transparent and simple — no sneaky stuff here.

Please note, any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by your country’s regulations are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.

Product Details

Add to cart does not guarantee the purchase. Your order will only be confirmed once the payment is complete.

Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind creation; a second version will not be made.

Each piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity and a brief description of the artist (that’s me!) on the meaning behind the piece.
